Q. Why shouldn't I just buy my fixtures at Home Depot or Other Plumbing Retailers?
Q. Hardly any water comes out of my bathroom faucet, Do I need a new faucet?
Q. Water sometimes sprays out of my Airgap, Is this normal?

Q. Why shouldn't I just buy my fixtures at Home Depot or Other Plumbing Retailers?

A. Always check with us before purchasing fixtures for your home, it's rare that we cannot meet or beat competitors pricing- many times for a better quality product. Frequently home-owners begin telling us about "the Great Deal they got at _________________" only to find out that we could have gotten them something better for the same price. We also cannot warranty fixtures that we do not provide. In addition, although the part number of a product may be the same, the fixtures sold at Home Depot are usually slightly different from the Professional Grade products. In our experience, it is not uncommon to be missing parts with these products resulting in another trip to the store to return the item or purchase additional accessories needed for installation. In the long run, providing your own fixtures rarely saves you time or money.

Q. Hardly any water comes out of my bathroom faucet, Do I need a new faucet?

A. Not always. In many cases, simply unscrewing the nozzle and clearing out any tiny rocks or debris on the screen will do wonders for your faucet flow.

Q. Water sometimes sprays out of my Airgap, Is this normal?

A. Yes, The Airgap is designed to occasionally release a small amount of water under certain circumstances. Always be sure the opening in your Airgap cover is pointed towards the kitchen sink bowl to avoid having water sprayed elsewhere on the countertop.
